Cottage Cheese - Owenwood Farm
Product Details

Cottage Cheese also called Dutch Cheese is a fresh soft unripened cheese consisting of curds of varying sizes. It is white and mild but faintly sour in taste. Made from whole raw milk. The whey is drained—but not pressed—from the curds. We add cream to our cottage cheese. Good with fruit cheese or by itself
