Jersey Girls Milk Co. was born in 2008 from the passion of Toey, Brady, and Leah Courtney to share their family’s dairy legacy with you. Our roots trace back to 1992, when the farm operated as a partnership before becoming CTex Farm under the Courtneys’ full ownership. In 2007, we built a modern milking facility to perfect our craft, and by 2008, we pivoted from commercial dairy to direct-to-consumer sales, launching Jersey Girls to bring you the freshest, most flavorful milk possible.
