Welcome to Jersey Girls Milk Co., a family-owned dairy founded in 2008 by Toey, Brady, and Leah Courtney. Our story began in 1992 as a partnership under a different name, but when the Courtneys took full ownership, they transformed it into CTex Farm. In 2007, we built a state-of-the-art milking facility, and by late 2008, we saw an opportunity to bring our milk directly to you. That’s when Jersey Girls Milk Co. was born—a celebration of pure, sustainable dairy from our pasture to your table.

At Jersey Girls, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword; it’s our way of life. Our Jersey (and a few Jersey-cross) cows roam lush pastures year-round, only stepping into the barn for their twice-daily milking. We never use growth (rBGH) or milk-enhancing (rBST) hormones, ensuring our milk is as natural as it gets. Our cows thrive on a wholesome diet of 85% forage—grass, silage, and dry hay—complemented by just 15% mixed feed. On the rare occasion antibiotics are needed, we withhold milk from sale until it’s free of any residue, well below FDA limits.
